Holy guacamole! I sure was in the right place at the right time today. One of the guys that comes in to one of the gyms I go to came in with some fish that his kids caught and cleaned on a recent Alaska trip. I have to nice pieces of halibut, which has gone through the roof as far as price is concerned and a fillet of red salmon. This should be real interesting cooking. (and eating, my biggest hobby!!)

The halibut is absolutely delicious in my opinion. One of my favorite fish. The salmon should be interesting. I don't know what I will do with it yet, but I am willing to find out.

My husband loves to use jamaican jerk in cooking. I love this blend on salmon.
