About half way through the month, I decided that my goal for October was 800 miles on the recumbent bike, in addition to starting to ramp up my workouts. Currently, I am at 690, and I still have not rode the bike today. If everything goes right, I will be at 720 by days end.

Well, now I am within 50 miles of my goal. It can't come soon enough. I am going to try to go back to lifting 5 days a week, soon, and the sooner the better. I have been having not to eat, but to graze in order to eat enough calories. By 7 p.m. this evening, I will have burnt 4,000 calories. Thank you for your kind comments!
