If we force our breath to be too long or too short we're not balanced, the mind won't be at peace.
Don't get concerned over how long or short, weak or strong it is, just note it.
Know it's there.
Simply let it be.

You calmed my mind once and I'm so thankful for you doing that. I'm not as good as you are doing these things. You ARE the very best and no one is as good as you right now. I know you can overcome the fear and anxiety. Look at all the things you've accomplished since becoming a member of this site. You have a lot of great ideas AND you tend to put the ideas into real things, like your map.
You are important to me and lots of others.
If I could I would give you a nice calming hug.
Please give us an update tomorrow - I'll keep you in my dreams.
