im 23 male and i exercise and lift weights, im not overweight and my abs are started to show. so every now and then, i get fevers and there are days where i just feel exhausted when I have no reason to be. fevers are close to 100. major headaches.

basically what I get from the doctors and nurses its a side effect of the meds im taking. and i'm already on the lowest meds that is possible.

am I the only one that is like this?

And just what meds are you referring to, my friend? Are you taking Prograf? This might explain the headaches. The temperature I don't understand. Fill us in on the med info, please.

i find when i go for weeks with work and other things i get run downed, get low grade fevers like 100. and am poop. when i rest and take care of myself i find it happens less often. i would ask your doctor more questions so that you are more aware of what meds he is talk about. Never be afraid to ask questions.

I'm with Jodi.

You may have some sort of infection. Get tested for CMV, EBV or some of the bacterial or fungal infections. There are some infections, though rare that affect the brain and or lungs. Usually CT scans will detect this.

How are your other tests like creatinine, CBC and urine? If you have an infection some of these test will show changes from your baseline.

The symptoms may be from your meds, though like Cisco I haven't heard of fever and headache together.

I had cmv after TX. Every level is fine, creatinine is 1.0-1.1 Saw Doc about a month and said everything

Hey Rita. Thats the thing, You know whats causes your tiredness and fever, and thats overworking. Regardless if I overwork OR underwork I will get like this. At random times too. Its frustrating because I wanna go out and have fun but I cant because I feel awful.
