Last night i had a dream that this famous doctor put his arm around me and said, "I think you should buy my product". LOL

Doctor and product cannot be mentioned - I know I am boring.

I had one that other night that I was going to high school (again?) and the entire dream I was running around trying to find the school and never could find it...weird. I rarely ever dream and remember them but lately I have a few times.

what's with the clowns?

I had a great book about what our dreams mean based on famous phyciatrist opinions. Our dreams are the way our subconcious mind accepts reality. We dream in symbolism, and most agreed the way we felt in our dream is as important as what we dream. No surprise there, they love to say " How does that make you feel?" HA!

Doctors are wise, trustworthy, caring...
With arms around us, we are loved...
Products vary in meaning depending on what they are,shape,size...
Dr. said "buy his product." could be, Am I buying what he stands for? (in real life.)
Making a purchase without anxity shows us we feel in control, when we have trouble we feel we need to take control.

Boring, I think not!
Love, Kate

@ Cisco, I thought it would be clowns too. LOL!)

@ Heather, When we go or try to go back to school, we feel we missed something.(in real life) Just can't put our finger on it.
I have that dream all the time. Ha, but really.

I've been dreaming lately that I'm in a city and I don't know what city. I keep asking strangers where to go. (strangers are ourselves.)( places, cities, houses, stores, are our world.) I wish a clown would be there. Tee-Hee!

Kate..one I have had many times is that I am back in high school and mine was 3 stories..and my locker was on the 3rd floor. I could never remember my combo to my locker and would have to either go to class with nothing in my hands or never make it to class...ha ha.

Heather, My back to school dreams are the same. I'm always missing something I should have. Unprepared, and nervous.Ha!

Have you ever had driving dreams? When we are driving and doing a good job, we feel our life is in our control. It is even ok for someone we trust to drive, as long as they are doing it right. If they drive us off a cliff or we drive off the cliff, our brain is screaming Get A Grip! I've had them lately and I'm not even in the front seat.Tee-Hee!

I used to dream I was driving on a ledge about like the one Meagan showed us. I would wake up as the car was falling off the tiny ledge road.
I think those are telling us, "You CAN do it." whatever it is.

Rise', what did you dream about last night? Hmmm?

Before my transplant I had recurring dreams about having to urgently use restrooms. With each public restroom I found, none of the toilets had been flushed (yuk) and I would go from stall to stall, then frantically run around everywhere looking for other restrooms. I put this down to me having to take diuretics (water pills) ... haha. The mind is a strange thing.

I also had more pleasant recurring dreams about beautiful lakes and majestic mountains, and ocean liners.

Meagan, in real life, when LadyDi and I travel she is on the same quest. She is always looking for a restroom. I bet I have been in every McDonald's between here and Detroit, between here and Rapid City, between here and CIncinnati, and between here and Orlando. I honestly cannot figure out how she does it. LOL!! Also, I think maybe your dreams are telling you that you should travel.

Thanks for sharing, dreamers.

I have shared all of the dreams mentioned above (driving, going back to school, trying to find my way, running, bathroom etc.)

After tx, I tend to talk in my sleep and I have said some funny things.

One time my husband was trying to get me to wake up (I was napping) I probably told him to wake me up if I slept too long. I said, "leave me a lone I am on the phone".

the other morning, I said, "Help me! Help me!. Fortunately, he was close by and came to my rescue. When I heard his voice, I woke up slowly.

He says that when he talks to me in my sleep, I nod my head and talk back with my eyes closed while I am sleeping. He says he is talking to my subconscious LOL

Thank God I don't sleep with my wife anymore. She either beat me half to death by flailing her arms and legs everywhere and talked in her sleep. My usual reaction was, "What?" She would laugh and sit up in bed long enough to get a good breath or two and go back to sleep.

I love this thread! I have had a dream where I was flying, not on a plane, flying over trees, beautiful land. I think flying dreams tell us we can soar! I had it when I was mid thirties, woke up in a good mood. Ha!

Meagan, I have had those dreams also! I have took lasix too. This must be our subconscious(thank you Rise' for spelling)realizing stay close to a clean restroom.

We are doing very well when we dream of mejestic places. I mostly have those too. I have had some doozies other times though.Haha! If I'm Thelma, I'd be trying to drive around the canyon. If I'm Louise, the person driving would take us slap off the cliff, I'm both! Tee-Hee

Rise', Your Husband is talking to your subconscious! I love you were on the phone!!! I thought you must work in your sleep.LOL! Also in a lot of our scary dreams, the monster is unseen, but seen or not, it usually amounts to "I need help with this project!" in real life.

Cisco, Ask Lady DI to please share why her subconscious was slapping the hell out of you?

Oh My! Did I have a the funniest dream ever.

I had a dream that my husband and a friend kept on throwing me surprise parties. I could see people's faces and the songs that were played (The village People) to me that was the funniest part of the dream was the singing and dancing.

my only concern was that my drug levels could be high so off tomorrow I go for labs. When I have dream where I hear music and see faces, that is super surreal.

I remember looking at everyone's clothing and observing all the happiness that was shared I remember hearing people celebrating that my EBV is gone. I guess it is time to Party!

how cool is that?

Very uplifting dream, I guess it is time to party too!!!

I love those dreams. I always keep my eyes closed after I awake, remembering as much of the details before I start the day. Music and party dreams are very vivid.

Now I can't get "YMCA" out of my head! Ha!!

Cisco

No doctor was in my dream the other night(thank goodness)

I did have a similar party dream when I was in the ICU where my doctor was giving all the patients chocolate injections. Everyone was passing out and watching Madonna movies LOL Hilarious!! I am not a Madonna fan.

I was never a Village people fan either. Maybe that was the nightmare part of the dream LOL

I do not remember my entire dream last night but just remember something about a website. YES I do dream of websites. How could I not?

ok here is another funny dream that i recently had.

I was shopping for groceries and in walked Dr. OZ

He picked up a container of cucumbers and was pointing to the blueberries growing on the cucumbers.

I had a difficult time seeing the blueberries as he was pointing to them. Now we all know that blueberries don't grow on cucumbers but that would be a great deal if they did LOL

As we are about to walk out of the store he taps my shoulder as if to say you need to stand up straighter and in walks the Doctors from the Doctors TV show.

Now you have to admit I must be watching too many doctors show these days. LOL

LOL Rise'! I thought of a strange (funny when I woke up,) dream I had in 2008.

The day I heard on the news that the Apt. Casey A. told Police she dropped beautiful Caylee off to the "nanny" a month before, had been vacant for six months, I dreamed the following.

Casey, Donna C, and I were on a beach, beautiful but for the 50 foot dark waves behind Casey. Her back to the waves.

Donna and I saying," tell us where Caylee is and we will go pick her up."

"Don't worry, you will not be in trouble, just tell us."She never opened her mouth.

I woke up and knew Jeremy was right when he said," Mama your obsessed with this case." After I told him about the apt. He said "What?"

He got to work the next day and it was all his coworkers talked about. He started sending Tom and I Amber Alerts, Thomas showed them to the truck drivers, who sent them to more truckers across the south.

We still send the alerts to the truck drivers at the gravel pit and they still forward them along. Funny dream and a good memory:-)

I forgot the funny part. Dur!

Donna C. can tell a lie when the truth would be better. My subconscious brought her with me in the dream when I realized Casey Anthony lied about leaving beautiful Caylee "At the nanny's apartment." 31 days before Police were called. Police find out no one had lived in said apt. for 6 months.

I believed Caylee was kidnapped until then. That night I dreamed Donna and I were going to get the answer to where the child really was, as it was impossible for her to be dropped off at an empty apartment.

As if I had the power to solve the mystery By bringing the best liar I know. I woke up and knew I was obsessed with the missing child. Jeremy had been accusing me of being obsessed with finding Caylee, and I was.

When his boss and coworkers were "obsessed" also, it was ok for me to be. He started getting the amber alerts and forwarded them to me.

The only part that was the dream is, Donna and I asking Casey to tell us where Caylee was,we were on a beach, with 50 foot dark waves.

I guess it was my mind wrapping around the fact that a mother could let something happen to her child, and think she could make cops believe the nanny did it.

Also, I think I dreamed Cisco's picture was on a milk carton.LOL!
