OMG!!! Don you have a very amazing memory. I had totally forgotten about Patrick's post on this site back in 2010. I even commented on it but I just didn't add 2 & 2 and come up with what you did. Ol' Bob

DON'T give me too much credit .... Patrick & I are fellow bloggers, and follow each other on Twitter and Facebook too. I did remember that he posted being listed here, but I had to search for that link. My memory is NOT that great ..... is why I carry a pocket of 3X5 cards to write stuff on every day. My "Memory" post today was in honor of all of you guys ..... you are part of my daily blessings that I count. In case you missed it ....... “A good memory is one that can remember the day's blessings and forget the day's troubles." Regardless of all of that, keeping Patrick in my prayers, along with all my TransplantBuddies.

Very sad news to report. Just wanted to let everyone know that Patrick passed away this morning at Stanford Hospital. He had multiple problems following his transplant surgery, but fought valiantly for over a month to survive. His wife, Samantha, did an amazing job of keeping over 1,000 of his Facebook followers informed throughout his difficult journey. Please say a special prayer for Patrick and his family.

I am very saddened by this loss. He was a fellow blogger, Facebook & Twitter friend, as well as a TransplantBuddie. I am sure the angels are happy to have him. May God Bless his soul, and may our prayers lift up his family during this extremely difficult time. May God bless them in ways we'll never know. ~ D

I posted about Patrick on the Memorial page yesterday. http://www.transplantbuddies.org/tbx/messages/11/565251.html?1334104133 I believe our dear, sweet Kelli (Eccoblue) is going to do a more professional graphic in his honor. Watch for it on the "Inspiration-Prayer-Remembrance" forum. ~ D
