You may remember that several months ago I received a letter from Social Security asking for a record of all my doctor appointments since 2010 in order to decide whether a formal review of my disability granted in 2004 was necessary. I received disability immediately due to end stage renal failure although my primary disease is diffuse scleroderma. It was very stressful but I gathered all my data to the best of my ability and sent them pages of information. Today I received a letter stating that at this time there is no need to formally review my case. Yea! miocean

Congrats! You see, when you put all of the cards on the table, they have to back down!
