YOWZA and WOWZA!!
Had a great time and learned heaps and heaps. In one day, I listened to many speakers (Wendi Blum) is an AWESOME speaker. I did not take any notes and remember so much.
took Oi Qong and a Yoga class. Michelle is the best yoga teacher. I will be sharing much more and hopefully adding some websites from all the gurus.

Mental notes from Wendi's speech, Before I go to bed, I want to set this into my long term memory,
Wendi spoke about- Gratitude, de cluttering (which I am great at )
Giving away, What do I love most about you?, Sharing with others, Seeing Abundance (non-material), doing what you love, letting go, Breath work, inhale for the count of 4 hold for 4 and exhale for 4, use all the available tools that are given to you especially when stressed, Being aware of your breathing, Wish, Choose and I am.......this is all part of your destiny saying affirmations while driving (which I love to do)....and practice the breathing,,,just in general to stay calm and focused.. I certainly hope I remember more.
I know this does not make sense to you but this shows you how much I remembered without taking notes. This is what happens when you are a great speaker. The audience will remember so much more...
edited to add: "You are your words" choose them wisely. Smile when you look at yourself in the morninng, use lavendar to relax your spirit.
