Dear Risa,
I do cough a lot in the past 5 days.
5 to 6 hours a day I have to cough!

Is there a energy medicine technique you know to get rid of mucus that seems to be stuck in the lungs in a special area?

Thank you for your respond!

I would simply practice the daily routine, extra three thumps and hold lung points. I hope you feel better.

You can also hold neurovascular holding points to calm your system down.

When I was waiting for my first tx and had heavy cough and tight chest (big time trouble with breathing) I would place ice on my chest. I would keep something that contained ice in a cooler, place on my chest as soon as I started to breathe better, I would place the ice back in the cooler to chill again and keep repeating the process. This was something that I would instinctively desire.
