I just started to read "Womens Bodies, Womens Wisdom" by Christane Northrup M.D.

What I have read on the first few pages was eye opening. Reading about how women are treated by society all over the world certainly gives you an appreciation for your own health and body. I admire all the people who are trying to make a difference and fight for the rights of women and children. I will be discussing more soon.

Not too long ago, a physical therapist and I were talking about health and wellness. She mentioned to me that I must read this book so here I am reading this book. I will give her a call soon after I finish reading it. There are over 900 pages. I plan on being finished by the end of August.

Thank you Dr. Northrup for this opportunity to explore and learn. I found your teleseminar very enriching and so true. I was able to relate and appreciate many of your insights and that is why I am now reading your book.
