With the dry winter weather upon us, I just wanted to share information on a product that really works for me.

I don't normally have dry skin, but the winter time for me is awful. I have tried literally buckets of various different types and brands of body lotions claiming to be for extra dry skin. They never seem to last long.

I got a catalog in the mail from Porter's Lotion in Bozeman Montana. What intrigued me was the testimonials and letters from rancher's in the area with rough skin and cracked fingers from working outdoors in the cold weather. I figured, what have I got to lose! I ordered a bottle of it, and it works great!

It is all natural with no animal products and no animal testing. It is truly a lotion - clear and very thin. But it absorbs almost immediately, is not greasy , and my skin stays soft and hydrated all day. It has an herbal type fragrance when you put it on, but the fragrance wears off almost immediately. The ingredients include Rosemary Oil, Bay Oil, Lemongrass Oil and Mint Oil, so I think that is part of the reason it keeps my skin so soft for so long.

The website is www.porterslotion.com. I have the Porter's Sweet Lotion, which I use daily. I originally ordered just the travel size to try it out first. Because it is so fluid, a bottle will last some time.
