I used to order quite a bit from this website when I wasn't able to grocery shop anymore. Plus, where I live we don't have much of a selection for low sodium products. I liked everything I ordered. It is a great site! I definitely recommend it. |

Two new items for your table and nutrition consideration: Black Rice (actually is is a dark purple) and Quinoa (quasi grain). I've recently saw articles mentioning these items and then Googled them and found some pleasant nutrition information. Both would appear to be purchased in your local Whole Food market.
Cardiac history going back to 1993. Heart Transplant received in Oct. 2004. Interesting first year and have been very physically active ever since. I currently am pro-active with the SE PA.
