Just thought I would share this.....
As some of you may know, if you follow Cisco's blog, he uses the DotFit brand Exerspy armband that is an activity and calorie tracking system that you use with your computer.
At the gym I go to, their monthly newsletter had the following to say:
"DotFit endorsed by Dr. Oz: There are many online nutrition programs out there. We utilize the Dotfit on-line nutrition program, which as just been ranked the #1 on-line weight loss program by Dr. Oz. Dr. Oz took the time to look at many different weight loss websites. After all was said and done he voted Dot Fit the best, well rounded program."
The rest of the article goes into how to obtain the armband through the gym, but the website url is www.dotfit.com.
