Just want to shared this nice blog I've found a while ago in popular health online magazine about the Causes of Poor Health and Immune Deficiencies. Hope you enjoyed reading this one as much as i did!

"There are many elements that can affect someone’s ability to fight off infection and illness. For some people, it’s a chronic disease or another health condition that affects immunity. For others, it might be something as simple as a poor diet or an unhealthy lifestyle. Here are some of the most common causes of immune deficiencies and poor health that cause people to need better immune support:

* Autoimmune diseases
* Poor diet and/or lifestyle
* Free radicals
* Age
* High sugar intake
* Diabetes
* Immune diseases (HIV, herpes, etc)
* Alcoholism
* Allergies
* Nutrient deficiencies
* Stress

All of these elements can affect your health significantly, causing you to face serious immune deficiencies if you do not take corrective action. While changing the things that you can will help, nothing will offer the support and improvement that you will find with (name withheld) and the supplements that will help give your immune system the support that it needs to stay strong and fight back against illness, disease, and general poor health."

Hi Patrick

I see you are new to this site. What is your story? Are you a pre or post transplant patient? It seems that you are promoting a product here. Please do not post anymore information about supplements without writing for permission first. I am sorry but I had to edit your post.
