Do you love pumpkin seeds? Since I have been eating pumpkin seeds several times per day,
I have been able to greatly reduce my magnesium supplements.

I am going to go for a magnesium blood test tomorrow.

Check out this link above for other foods rich in magnesium.

I must admit, I will never go without my pumpkin seeds again. I feel so much better.

I eat raw and roasted pumpkin seeds three times per day for snacks along with other nuts and seeds.
