Lately, I have been experiencing headaches and I am linking this to vitamin D. I no longer take a mulit vitamin, b complex due to high levels of b 12 and folate.

If you are taking Folate and B 12, I would get tested periodically.

I always thought that because I have Cystic Fibrois I have poor digestion. It turns out that I do not have poor digestion and do not have to supplement like I have been. The reason is because I eat extremely healthy foods and absorb my foods well.

Little did I know that this was the case. A simple blood test for your vitamins will tell you. I will now save lots of money because I will not have to buy the vitamins that I was taking.

The only supplements I take are a low dose of D, calcium, magnesium, krill oil and cod liver oil.
