If you currently have a virus ask your doctor if you would benefit from eating foods that are rich in L-lysine.

There is a chart on this page where you can decide which foods might help you.
http://www.traditionaloven.com/tutorials/l-lysine_rich_foods.html

This is not the website that I wanted to send you to but I cannot find the other site. The site that I wanted to send you to has the same chart. So it really do not matter. The other site explains the theory L-lysine
vs. L-Arginine.

From what I have been reading if you currently have a virus you would benefit from eating foods that are higher in L-lysine.

After looking over the chart, I realized I was consuming foods that were lower in L-lysine.

I have no problem reducing or eliminating some of the foods for a while.
I am trying to reduce my viral load to EBV.

So far my fasting blood glucose is now 82 and after two hours of eating I run between 139-90's

Just sharing what I think is a good idea

No doctor or nutritionist told me to try this out. I am taking it upon myself and eliminating and reducing many of the foods that are lower in L-Arginine. I found out this is a recommended practice by many nutritionists.

I got one helluva virus from food tonight. It caused me to not be able to stop eating.

Well not to sound too disappointing, I do not see a difference in the way I feel.

The foods that I tried to eliminate are the nuts and seeds. Today I had a tiny amount of nuts and seeds and we will see what happens.

Perhaps I need more patience.

I think this diet would be for someone with an acute condition which is something that does not pertain to me.

Trying to improve my life but need to realise that everything in moderation is the best policy. :-)
