I always have two hard-boiled eggs (safe eggs) in the morning along with Follow Your Heart Veganaise.

Back in January 2011, I discovered the wonderful taste of Veganaise and buy several jars at at time:-)

Hi Cisco

I also add in some oatmeal or a cake that I prepare that contains oatmeal.

Very cute joke:-)

Rise,
Did I tell you that one time, me and my stomach had a falling out and it took me hostage? Said something about eating what it wanted to now and then. Now, I listen to my stomach!

Yes I have eaten left overs for breakfast. I get on food rolls for a while, lately I eat a small bake potatoes for breakfast, before that was an english muffin with a banana.

Today I had a few sprouted soy Gluten free veggie burgers.
Better yet, I will post a link http://www.wildwoodfoods.com/

YUMMY! With some babaganoush (I have to look at the company name one day) as I have tried to make my own without success.

Then I had some cherries with a tiny amount of popcorn.

This is not my traditional breakfast at all. Just wanted to pack in some extra calories. Oh and prior to this I had a sprouted salad with some sprouted tofu and my home made protein cake (loaded with nuts and seeds and some dried fruit).

YES folks, I am trying to gain some weight and with all the low calorie foods that I do consume it is quite tough for me.

If you know of anyone with Cystic Fibrosis, a daily food intake can be a part time job LOL
