For those who decide to try a gluten free diet correctly, one must eliminate all gluten. Gluten can be found in spices, skin care products besides foods. Many manufacturers are labeling their products gluten free which makes it super easy in my opinion.
If you decide to buy deli meat and there are are spices added in, ask the sales clerk if the mix is gluten free.
I have heard that if you are on a gluten free diet and have just one grain of gluten it can offset your entire diet.
Many CF patients can benefit by going gluten free. I believe we will be hearing more of the benefits of going gluten free in the future.
