Every year Tom Glavine, a baseball player that started out with the Atlanta Braves holds a fundraiser for the Georgia Transplant Foundation. Over the last 19 years he has raised almost $5,000,000 dollars for the foundation. The foundation assists offers education and financial assistance to recipients, donors and families.
