I went to the chiropractor this morning because I was having some back issues. that is what he told me after working on me. I have to go back next Monday.

Well we certainly make a fine pair - I am on crutches and you can't lift or pull anything! Sounds like fun at the ol' homestead!

I was told yesterday that I could walk if I wanted to, so today, after some small chores, I am headed for the gym for a couple of hours. That is how long it will take to burn any amount of real calories. I sure do not like the fact that I am not able to run yet. (because of arm motion involved)

Me too. I am going stir crazy. I know, it is a short trip. In any case, LadyDi is finally off of the crutches. She cannot do as much as she would like, but she is working on it. On the other hand, I still am going through the same thing.
