To all my fellow transplant buddies, have a great day and don't eat too much like I know I will. Just have too much good food not to. I spent the better part of today making stuff up for tomorrow- the rub for my roast, the sauce for my roast, my trifle (that took forever because I had to make brownies, pudding and layer it with cool whip and heath bars which were chopped up) Crap, I am hungry just thinking about it. Good thing we are not eating until tomorrow night. I can get to the gym and throw on one hell of a cardio gig. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

wow..the trifle alone will take up your gym time..haha. Sounds awesome. I spent a lot of today preparing stuff as well..and dragging my Christmas tree down from the attic. That is as far as I got with that for now..but I have it down at least. We are having turkey, dressing (fave) mashed taters, cauliflower salad, green beans, rolls..pumpkin roll (yummo) and various other fattening things. I want to wish all of you a Happy Thanksgiving. I have much to be thankful for.
