Over the weekend, I read that my friend, Paul, had lost his daughter in law. last week. I spoke to him at work yesterday and expressed my sympathy on his loss. His daughter in law had a very dangerous aneurism (golf ball size) in her brain, The surgery appeared to be successful, but she later had a massive stroke which left her brain dead. Paul told me that she donated her organs and that one person received her lungs and two other received her kidneys. I told him that his daughter in law would be forever in the prayers of at least three families!

When I went to my office, my assistant asked me if Paul was choked up when he told me about it. I said I really didn't notice it but I know that I teared up pretty good myself.

Her name was Barbara Pacak of San Francisco. May God grant to his servant, Barbara, eternal memory and peaceful repose!

Chuck:

I am so sorry for your friend's loss. I am sure that it is extremely hard on the family. I will lift them up in prayer.

God Bless Barbara for her gift of life to so many. I always get chill bumps when I read stories of how people so selflessly give of themselves to help others. Amazing. I thank her from the bottom of my heart and lift her up in prayer as well.

God Bless!

My deepest sympathy on the loss of your friend's daughter in law. She has a very kind spirit to donate her organs.

My thoughts and prayers for her and family, and most of all for the eternal peace of her soul.

Please give my condolences to Barbara's family as well. I will be thinking of them while they go through one of their most difficult times in their life. God Bless them for allowing Barbara's organs to be donated. What a blessing to pass life on.
