Recently, this was published in the local newspaper of the small town where I attended High School almost 60 years ago. A crowd gathers around the “Donate Life” flag. Special honored guests included kidney donor Emma Martinez of La Feria (second from left) and kidney transplant recipient Jorge E. Garcia (blue shirt) photos by Ben Guerrero La Feria Texas in the Lower Rio Grande Valley in deep south Texas. Ol' Bob

Thank you for sharing this photo Bob. Every State,County/Parish, and city/ town should fly this Flag! I have family in Rio Hondo, TX. I have to get my map to see how close they are.

Rio Hondo OMG!! I once dated a girl from Rio Hondo back in the '50s. The distance from Rio Hondo to La Feria is approximately 35 miles. I fully agree with you about this:" Every State,County/Parish, and city/ town should fly this Flag!" Ol' Bob
