Here's a new article suggesting taking BP meds at night is better for you than taking them in the morning.

Actually, I take very little BP medication. I take half in the morning and half in the evening. Metopolol 12.5 mg. That is down quite a bit. While on dialysis, it was 100 mg Metropolol a.m., 20 mg Lisinipril at noon, and 100 mg Metroplol p.m. After my tx, they took out the lisinipril entirely and cut the Metroplol in half. They have done that again twice. But thank you for the great article. I am sure that someone can use it, after consulting their tx center.
There are not too many things in life worth working my butt off for, but my health is one of them
