I did chest and triceps yesterday and my left forearm is kind of tender this morning. I am going to try to do some pushups this morning, just to be sure that things are okay. If I get pain of any kind, it looks like it will be legs today instead. I definitely don't want to overtrain.
There are not too many things in life worth working my butt off for, but my health is one of them |

Be careful. If you pull something you can create a long lasting injury. I hope you have just a sore arm and that is it. Soft tissue damage is not too much fun.

Well, I made it through today without a hitch. I have a day off from the gym tomorrow. I work legs on Saturday.
