As we all know, it is important to change exercise routines periodically, or to increase weight incrementally over time in order to make them somewhat different. Over the last three days, ending yesterday, I was out of town, so I have not gotten in my leg workout this week. I got all of my other workouts in (four). I have to clean tomorrow and I have some yard work to do so that should burn enough calories, and if I go after it hard enough, it will be as intense as anything I would do in the gym. I think that what I am going to do for the upcoming week is that I am going to work my legs on Monday. On Tuesday, I have one of my regular training sessions with a trainer. I am going to do a full body workout both on Tuesday and on Thursday and just do some stuff around the house and maybe some cardio for the rest of the week and go back to my normal routine the following Monday. I kind of need a quasi break now and then. It felt good to miss a few days of lifting this week, so I will do a little of the same next week. Feels good, man.
