I had one today and don't fool yourself, everyone has them. I believe I know the reason for it, though. It is called lack of quality sleep. I don't know if you can tell when you have one of the nights like I had last night, but I can. Things had been going well for me since I returned from Michigan. I was looking forward to that trip because it had been so long since I had a period of time off. I was not sleeping well before my trip. Sometimes at night, I won't get to bed when I should because even when I am going to sleep well, it takes me some time to settle in so that I can sleep. Then there are nights like I had last night. Last night, even though I laid down to sleep, I tossed and turned and just did not sleep well. I start thinking about things and I can't go to sleep for whatever reason. I have started trying to listen to the clock until I doze off. Usually, that works. Not last night. The night before last, I had a good sleep-eight hours and twenty minutes. Last night, it was more like five hours and twenty minutes, and I had plenty of activity during the day that should have made sleep easy. Grrr!
