I didn't even know this catagory existed! Ya, now I do. I am just finishing up my 6th week with the P90X workout. I am not following the diet strictly due to my CF absorption and dietary needs. . .but I do eat very little sugar/sweets and eat healthy. I am mainly focusing on strength, building muscle and toning/sculpting. I have a blog and anyone is welcome to check it out.

I would really like to add some links on my blog to other CF or Transplants recipients who also have 'workout' blogs that track the goals of keeping bodies and organs healthy!

Jamie, you might also want to check out www.bodyweightculture.com. Lots of neat stuff on there, too. All using your body weight. They have something called the Universal Strength Apparatus, or USA, that looks pretty tough to me. I have been trying to get the guy who owns my gym to check them out.
