Wow!! That is all I can say. Talk about a challenge!! Normally, on circuit day, I was doing the following: Reverse Dips-3 sets of 25, 1 set AMAP (as many as possible) Short Bar Pullup-3 sets of 25, 1 set AMAP (called an inverted pullup) Short Bar Curl-3 sets of 25, 1 set AMAP Incline Pushup-3 sets of 25, 1 set AMAP Criss Cross Bands-3 sets of 25, 1 set AMAP Pullover-3 sets of 25, 1 set AMAP I did the reverse dips and the pullovers as I normally would but substituted DB Reverse Flys for the Criss Cross Bands because the USA was in the way and I wanted to change things up. I did the pullups, curls and incline pushups with the USA. I got four sets of 25 on the incline pushups, I got three sets of 15 and one set of 10 on the curls and two sets of 15 and two sets of 10 on the pullups.I did all of my reverse dips and all of my DB Reverse Flys. What is different? The use of peripheral muscles and the amount of core you have to use to do these exercises!! I might just have to get one myself!!

Universal Strength Apparatus. I can be found at www.bodyweightculture.com Basically, it is like a couple of ladders that are flexible. You can use them to do many different exercises, like incline pushups. You put your feet in the rung on each side. It creates instability which you have to use your core muscles to correct so that you can do the exercise. If you want to make it even more difficult, you spread your legs out a little or a lot. This creates even more instability that you have to correct. It makes for quite a challenging workout!! I only did a part of my workout with it, but I bet you I will be sore tomorrow, and that has not happened for a long, long time. or should I say...
