This looks very similar to those resistance cords that you place inside your door but at a more developed level. I think I am ready for these classes. I know of a club that offers this. I just might sign up.

I just don't get it, I guess. Doesn't look like they are doing much to me.

At all the trendy health clubs have these hanging from their boot camp room. It is a very intense workout.

Did you ever see the long resistance cords that go inside the corner of a door? This appears similar but a much greater intense level.

Imagine doing pushup while someone is holding your feet in the air. This is one of the things you can do with the TRX.

Just a new sort of boot camp fitness

Terri's got me all motivated to go out and run. I just feel like running!! I think after I recover from the transplant that I will never be at home. I am so tired of these 4 walls. I just might drive around town all day! Hee! Hee! I have a whole list of things I want to do. I will never be bored again!! :-) :-) :-)

God Bless!

Wow. That is all I can say. I finally got a link that I was able to understand exactly what the heck these folks were doing. It was mentioned in Muscle & Fitness magazine this month and I Googled it so that I could take a look at the exercises. Looks pretty tough to me, especially in the advanced stages.
