Here is a great video on the perfect pushup
http://fitness.mercola.com/sites/fitness/videos.aspx

For beginners watch the entire video because he discusses various pushup workouts. Very motivating!

Always check, absolutly... Just as an example though, I was release back to work as a firefighter 8 weeks after my transplant. I was in the gym that same day, doing light lifting and started to walk run...

WOW! You are quite inspirational to be back at work after eight weeks.
Where you interviewed by any newspaper articles? Your picture and story will inspire so many people.

Understand also that he was a fireman before transplant. My personal trainer was a fireman and they are in good physical condition to begin with, so I imagine recovery time is shorter than most of the rest of us. I know that since I was working out, that it helped me in recovery.

Nah, I'm just accustomed to surgery, I've also had several small bowel resections due to Crohns disease. Oh and I'm not normal in any sense, I also worked until a week before my transplant with a creatinine of 10.6 and never went on dyalisis.

In reality though there are a lot more stories of inspiration, everyone here always inspires me!

My biggest problem is that I have had issues with bulging disks. I was doing pretty well, but had a set back and I am in the process of trying to get back to where I was before all of my neck issues.
