Here are many pictures to choose from. Choose one picture and please add it to this thread. Not enough of you are talking about fitness. Here is a start. Choose a picture and then talk about it

The picture below reminds me of me. I love to stretch and walk along the beach. I will keep this image in mind when I work out.

Here's my inspiring picture. I've just started exercising again and it's only been a week but I've kept it up. I was obsessed with exercise until a couple of years ago so I'm going at it slow just to start. And eating right. The combination goes a long way. This "gal" has always made me laugh and she has such spirit. There are times I feel just like her. Deeexercise

Okay well it's not a picture, but a video. . . it has inspired me to train for a sprint triathlon ~ It's the Hoyt ironman team. This father trained so his son would have his dream of completing an iron man. . . .it's absolutely touching and inspirational.

*I have watched it a dozen or more times and It still brings me to tears~

I love to see the Father's love for his son. It is amazing what love can do. Love heals.

Hey Rise, my name is Maria, short version of Maria in russian is Masha.... and Mashka is kinda a cute/cool way of saying Masha in Russian and some of my friends call me that :-)

They do that to a lot of name in Russian. Like if you had russian friends (and lets say you'd be russian or were familiar with the way talk) most likely your girlfriends would call you Riska lol

How are you doing, anyway? Had not heard much from you on here. Are you getting along pretty well at work? How about your workouts? Have you been doing stuff at the gym?

Yeah Im doing alright thanks for asking!

Gym is ok, getting back into it, much more motivation now that they lowered my prednisone and I dont look as puffy lol

Just staying real late at work lately, still here actually, so just go do weights at lunch and then whatever I have time for, usually just cardio at night after work.... something is better than nothing!

Hope youre doing well also, need to check out your blog to see how your workouts are going

I am doing fine, but that tendon is still bothering me, so I have kind of switched things up so that I am doing exercises that do not bother it.
