....is a great way to eliminate stress in your life.

Laughing is one New Year's resolution that should be easy to keep — and it's good for your health. "Being able to engage life positively and with spontaneity is crucial to mental and even physical health," says Kellman. "And when we laugh, this is what we are doing." Studies have found that people who laugh a lot are at decreased risk for heart attack. So make a resolution to chuckle, giggle, or have a hearty guffaw — even at your own expense when you do something silly or embarrassing. Laughing feels much better than stressing.

Thank you Ol' Bob for making me smile and when I laugh the next time, I will think about how healthy laughing is.

Rise',

I seriously do attribute my life longevity post transplant to my wonderful sense of humor.

God created the gift of laughter and I'm not bashful at all about using this wonderful gift, as you can see by my various posts throughout this site.

Yes, I laugh at myself from time to time. Have you ever considered my Username "Happy2Bhere". These are my true feelings, by golly, very happy to be here among the living, thanks to my heart donor.

U know, I don't post very often, but.... I have to say...Bob and Rise....I so enjoy your posts!!

Bob,
You make me laugh almost every day! Today, I not only had the worst day at work, but it became a "bad health day". I read your post and laugh! How wonderful is that!

Rise,
You encourage, inspire and teach every single day. Very rarely is there a post to which you don't respond. But, (I'll chalk it up to poor circulation to the brain...LOL), I don't remember where and when u went from Hostess Rise, to Organic Girl, and back to Hostess Rise!!!!

This forum helps keep me going every single day! It makes the wait easier! I learn so much!! I am no longer afraid!

What a beautiful New Year! We all have sooooo much to be thankful for! No matter if we are still waiting..., post tx.... life is such a precious gift! Thank you for always helping us all to appreciate that gift!

How Sweet of you Mary :-)

I decided that Organic Gal was confusing and decided Hostess Rise' was the best name. That is something I do often is change. I love change when it pertains to trying to improve my life.

I am so happy that this site has helped you. Yes I do try and respond to many posts and this sometimes can be a bit much at times but simply, I cannot help myself LOL

Keep reading and when you can your participation is always appreciated.

LOVE
Rise'
