If you sleep well, please share your secrets. Lately, I have been sleeping better than ever. My secret is to go to bed at 8:30 and I usually fall asleep by 9:00 PM. I wake up early and I feel energized. I read that the restorative sleep is between 9:00Am- 2:00 AM. That is when our bodies releases the human growth hormone. I will find a link to back up this comment as I usually do. A few weeks ago on the Dr. Oz show he had a guest share that eating almond butter two hours before bedtime aids in the quality of your sleep. All of the tips are working WELL for me and I even had a few stressful thoughts and they did not keep me up. I love to pass along tips that work for me. Now it is your turn to share

I did some research and find out that our bodies release/produce hormones and metabolism happens between 0800 pm and 0400 am. That's why it is the best for us to rest. Joan

This routine is working wonders for me. Too bad I did not follow up on this idea when I learned about it. Powerful Medicine and there is no cost involved. I will say that I do sleep well without taking almond butter but the almond butter does improve my quality of sleep so I will never miss a night again. Thank you Joan for sharing.

I remember reading about the best times for sleep on Dr.Mercola's website but I cannot find the link. Here are a few sleep tips http://www.wikihow.com/Go-to-Bed-Early
