Private Practice did a very nice job of promoting transplants in a very powerful program. The show had a young girl tragically killed by her sister and her distraught father found solace in donating her organs so that she had a purpose in life. The second part was one of the Dr.'s was carrying a baby with no brain and because of the other families generosity to see that their daughters life had meaning - she too decided to donate her baby's organs after his birth. It was done in a very positive and heartfelt way. I was very impressed.

I am very glad to hear that organ transplantation was presented in such a good light. I hope as time goes by there will be more such positive presentations of organ transportation which increase awareness and understanding. Thank you informing the forum about this.
