I am very excited to own my new Savvy Rest bed. I have been searching for the purest bed with no chemicals or hidden ingredients that many beds contain these days.
The media is exposing more and more about hidden toxins in our homes, including our bedrooms, where our beds and pillows often conceal toxins that may outgas over time representing a significant health risk.
Having gone through two double lung transplants has motivated me to be very wary regarding toxins in the home; however, these toxins may also affect the kidneys, liver and spleen as these form the detoxification systems of our bodies.
I am not going to take any unknown risks. I look beyond and search for the best for my health. I want to sleep restfully in body and mind.
I have had too many nightmares in my life with chemicals from furniture and mattresses.
It is very difficult to pinpoint which area in our homes have the most toxins but many of us have them. I will share in the future why I have become very cautious when buying any product for my home.
I am not an expert in this field, although, I am gaining more knowledge as I read, listen and talk to the experts.

Rise, I checked out the website and looks like a good, well made product. How do you like your new bed? Is it comfortable?
Did you order it online and have it delivered?

I LOVE my new bed. I am sleeping soundly and comfortably.  I highly recommend this bed. I am not being paid at all to say this. This comment comes from my heart.
The system of latex that was recommended to me was firm, med, soft dunlop layers and one layer of talalay. This is the perfect system for me because it is not too soft nor too firm.
I can lay on my back and feel that my body is conforming into the bed at the right points without the pressure points as compared to my old mattress. I can sleep comfortably on my side although I like sleeping on my back for most of the night
My side of the bed is configured slightly differently than my husbands side.

We are going to order in the next week a twin bed and I bet it will only take him maybe 20 minutes to put together a bed as compared to the king mattress. We are going to buy another solid wood foundation as well. I do not like box springs.
The most important aspect to choosing a bed for me is that you can see what is on the inside of the mattress and that here are no chemical and smells whatsoever. Many mattresses have chemicals added to their mattresses. Some you cannot smell and some you can.

I did order my Savvy Rest product online and it was sent by FED EX within two days. I received four boxes and one long box for the wood platform bed. If you are interested, I would contact Savvy Rest and speak to the folks who work there.
After sleeping on my new bed for three nights, I will buy the same configuration for my twin mattress.

Just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to the folks at Savvy Rest.
I am in shock that I have slept straight through each and every night that I have been sleeping on my new mattress from Savvy Rest. I look better too. In the past there were always a night here and there that I never slept through the night.
If only I knew about the value of an organic mattress without chemicals and metal springs could change my life, I would have owned this mattress many years ago.
Knowing how important the value of sleep is, I can add many quality days and years to my life along with ensuring my body with a healthier immune system. My adrenals are stronger too. Those who know me know that I know how to muscle test . My triple warmer and spleen meridians are showing much stronger.
I was never the kind of sleeper that could just fall asleep within minutes and now I can honestly say that this is true.
Before I was sleeping on my new mattress, I tested positive for a mild form of EBV and I am sure that the virus is now gone as I feel very restored and healthy after sleeping night after night with perfect sleep.
I will be having my blood test on Friday to confirm that I no longer have an active virus. Before I received my new mattress, there were many days for some reason that I could not sleep well and I am sure it had something to do with the mild forum of EBV that appeared in my blood.
If you are thinking about buying a new mattress, think strongly about buying an organic chemical free mattress with no metal coils.

My Savvey Rest bed is standing up to the challenge for me. I have the most difficulty sleeping when I know I have to be up early and spend the day at the doctors.
Today was another day rested. When I am rested after sleeping well, I am another person transformed. I actually feel like I am on a high. LOL
When I do not sleep well, my mood changes. I just cannot wait to see if this trend continues.
Many women want diamonds, flowers and fancy clothing etc... All I ever wanted was good health and restful sleep so I can feel healthy and balanced.

I need to relax my mind so I can become sleepy and go to bed soon. My next challenge will be to increase my aerobic intake and start running again and I will start my exercise first thing in the morning because now I do not have to go back to sleep and take a nap in the morning. YIPEEE for me!!

Wonderful update-
Just got back my labs today.
As I already had the feeling that my EBV would be negative, I was correct.
I was jogging the other day and it occurred to me that it would be impossible to have an active virus if I was going at the speed that I was jogging at
Another amazing finding was that my creatinine also went down to the lowest it has been. Stress is related to kidney health. My creatinine was always excellent but today the results were 0.58. My kidneys must love that I am sleeping well.
SLEEPing well is key to reducing stress.
I am building a healthy sleeping habit that I never had before. To sleep well without getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of my sleep is simply amazing to me.
What a great feeling!
