hows it all going ? i had a heart transplant 4 and a half years ago now had HCM pre transplant then went into heart failure and got a heart at 21.
First year i had alot of rejection about 8 times after that everything went well, 4 and a half years later and iv started having shortness of breath went to hospital and they did all there test ect as they do anyway then they told me that i have gone into heart failure, only mild but they have put me on beta blockers and frusemide again havent been on those sine pre transplant , doctor has told me that its all the scar tussie from all the rejection i had which caused the heart to go into failure.
Has anyone else had this issue of going into heart failure after transplant did it get worst ? the reason i had the transplant in the first place was cos was in heart failure was much worst back then but i would hate to think the same thing is going to happen again,
Love to here from anyone else whos had this issue or close to it and hows theres played out ? |

Welcome Margi. I am afraid I do not have any experience with heart transplants, but I wanted to let you know that I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
