Hi Vicki I have had two double lung transplants approx ten years apart. Every now and then I notice some discomfort to a burning type pain in my breast bone. I found that wearing a stretch bra helps a lot. If you are large chested, it is possible that your breasts are pulling on your sternum? How are your magnesium levels? I have found that low magnesium levels increases my pain around my incision. I would talk to your transplant team and see what they suggest. Where is your surgical incision cut- under your breast?
