"I 'm considering the value, I'm taking Omeprazole but I have been on it since my tx and really have no Idea if it's helps me...my Doc says it's up to me, anyone out there taking it long term? All of these pills are a bit overwhelming before my tx all I took was a pill for portal hypertension and insulin which I cannot live without..my pancreas just stopped making insulin when I was 34 that's how I found out I had a liver problem."

I used to take Prevacid then Nexium and then Protonix, with Prevacid and Nexium I noticed a lot of gas. So I went with Ptotonix then I quit that as well and have no digestive problems
