Two years ago at this moment I received the call that the kidney was mine and asked how long it would take me to get to the hospital.
Two years ago someone died and donated his organs to give live to others.
Happy and sad at the same time but forever grateful.

Congrats on your 2 year mark since your new Kidney. I am at day 40day mark with my new Kidney I got on Jan 30 from a 28 year old male who lost his life but chose to give what he could to save so many others. God Bless him and his family.

Congratulations. I am almost 9 1/2 years out now. My cousin gave me a kidney. But I received a pancreas 4 years ago and I know what you mean about being happy and sad. May you have many more anniversaries.

Congratulations! I will be 6 months out tomorrow for my kidney/pancreas. I also have those same feelings too! Celebrate your life and day and cherish the gift! My best to you!

Congratulations.My wifes cousins wife donated her kidney 2 years this past Jan 27.Not a day goes by that I am forever grateful.Many more healthy years. |
