just got some really old blood results from 1995 year of transplant..from 95 to 2007 my hemoglobin was between 145-157 for the last few years 132-138 wonder if this would account for the growing fatigue over the years.?

pre transplant (dialysis) i was using epo and my HB was 87...gasp and my creatinine was 766.!

Could be though haemoglobin levels of 132-138 is below average for male they are still good levels for transplant patient i think. Mine are can be anywhere as low as in the low 80's though usually around 90- 110

I have noticed getting more tired over the years but i think it is more to do with long term drug use (toxic immunosuppressant’s and other crap we have to take), getting older (body unable to cope as well with bad blood chemistry and drugs) , being more obsessed with health (going to bed and not knowing how we will feel the next day, Depression-bad mindset due to living with chronic illness etc, unable to exercise as much as before (too tired after work to do weights etc), more responsibilities (job, family, friends, life etc)

Life is too hard sometimes :-)
