June will be 13yrs tx n now spilling protein through urine. Creatine been going up n down n when they play with the meds-prograf it either jumps to high prograf toxicity or too low. Prograf now at 3.8The dr is going to leave me on 1mg n AM n Pm. Also take Cellcept n prednisone. Getting a 24hr urine collection with lab n April so I know its not too bad. However, he did mention the kidney lifespan about 12-15 n I'am going on 13yrs. He also having me cut down on my protein too.
Just curious if anyone else ever started spilling protein n their urine. I know before I lost my kidney function in 2000, that was the first sign of failure. Creatine is 1.48 I also going through post menopausal n taking HT for it n Diabetic types 1 since I was 10yrs old. I be turning 50 this March. Whoo-hoo n been blessed to even see my 40th b-day. |
