HI im new here and wanted some advice on a couple of subjects that have come up since my transplant 4 years ago. I recently went to my new doc because of moving to a new area and he ran general blood work which came back normal except the sugar its and it is high. I wanted to know if metformin would be something that I can take to help control this situation and not the use of giving shots of insulin? The next question is about ED which I have it and not afraid to say it and went to the doc about it and of course he gave me a sample of the blue wonder pill and it doesn't work . My question is because of were the kidney was placed in my groin the area is still numb to this day do any of you think that the numbness is a part of the problem with ED I'm having? of course theres many other factors that it could be...

here is a good video on Breath of Fire
The emphasis is on the exhalation- you are exhaling through your nose.

If you have high blood pressure please check with your doctor first.
If you start to feel dizzy do not continue.

The lady in the video practices the exercise very quickly. You do not have to do this exercise that fast. I can now practice this exercise quickly - of course I have been practicing for a few months.
