She ran in memory of Anthony and for liver research. She trained long and hard for this day. What a champ!! It was extremely difficult to learn how to run and then get injured and then commit to running not only 26.2 miles but Boston's 26.2 miles!!! It is the love in my heart for Anthony, my commitment to spreading the word about organ donation and my knowledge that no matter how difficult it could be or how painful or discouraging that there are so many living those challenges daily just to live until they get the call that truly pushes me through it all! If I have inspired even one person than the 6 hours 6 minutes was worth every single step!
