This despite the dangers involved in doing so. I just did not know how we were going to make it, considering we were not going to be able to drive for quite some time, or even do simple household chores like taking out the garbage. I want to say thanks to my living donor and to the great support group we had because I do not know what we would have done without them. It takes a family to keep up with an old kidney patient like me is what I always say. LOL!!
