I'm on the list at CPMC for a kidney and pancreas, since Aug 22, 2008.
My reason for my TX? I have CKD secondary to Diabetes.
This will be my first and hopefully the only one I'll ever need.
I got a "backup" call on Jan 21, 2010
I hear it shouldn't be too much longer.
